Full Time Chef du Partie or Commi-Chef

We pride ourselves in our homemade food, using fresh ingredients and we have a highly regarded reputation for great food and a quality service. We are looking for an experienced full time Chef or a Level 2 Trainee Chef to join our expanding team.

As well as the ability to produce short order catering, the chef’s duties will also include assisting the Head Chef with Kitchen Management, Stock Control/Rotation/Ordering, SFBB Management and Control and other non-cooking elements required to manage and maintain our excellent reputation along with our 5 Star Food Safety standard.
